Barbara joined John last Tuesday, May 22 to discuss " Think Different". She explained how getting suspended helped her change her thought process. Barbara shared how clients will tank products, vendors and walk away. Think outside the box. Learn how to adjust, make changes and be creative. 

• There are lots of ways to create and extend success - 

• Are you also doing the easy things? quick bundles with another product, two packs

• Also do you sell wholesale? Often, the products you work so hard to discover and build get infringed on by other sellers. Here are three ways you can take that initial success to the next level (brand extension, product extension, exclusives)

• Private label is another way to grow your business, but this can often be a daunting exercise both in terms of effort and cost. There are alternatives to going to China to start that let you get your feet wet on a smaller scale. Small run - Prototype - Outsource

• Selling product on one platform like Amazon is a great way to get started. But look to other platforms to reach new markets and dollars. Start with the marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, Jet - CoMerchant can help you get going.

It is very important not put all your eggs in one basket. Any of the platforms you sell on could be shut down or something crazy. Take a look at what is happening to Facebook and they are needing to make changes. There are many platforms to sell your product. Be safe and smart.
